**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality.
+ Working with Union Hourly and Salary Personnel in a dynamic, changing environment with emphasis on operational safety.
+ Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
+ Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability.
+ Analyze production data to optimize processes and reduce costs.
+ Lead and develop a team of production staff to achieve performance goals.
**What Are We Looking For**
**Strong leadership and team management skills and commitment to safety and quality standards.**
**Proficiency in production planning and process optimization.**
**Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities and effective communication and interpersonal skills.**
**Must be able to acquire an ATF license.**
**Exposure to heights and tight inspection locations to work environment.**
**Must be available for rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays.**
