We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production / Warehouse Supervisor to oversee operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving and maintaining a safe work environment, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and leading a team of skilled workers. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical processes and the ability to coordinate various aspects of production to meet company goals.

 As a Production Supervisor, you will:

·  Supervise daily production activities and ensure adherence to safety standards for all colleges in your responsible areas

· Develop and implement production schedules to optimize efficiency, setting daily goals

· Monitor the assembly line processes and troubleshoot issues as they arise

· Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication, plan organize and run optimum day-to-day operations

· Develop and track inventory management within the warehouse, ensuring adequate supplies for production

· Coordinate material delivery for production lines

· Maintain documentation related to production processes, quality assurance, and compliance

 Required Education, Experience & Skills:

 3-10 years of experience in production supervision/warehouse management

Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail

Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire and lead teams towards a common goal

Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand technical products and solutions

Strong work ethic and ability to work both with teams and independently.

 Preferred Education, Experience & Skills:

Associate Degree

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team in a union environment

Strong safety-conscious approach to the work environment and daily activities

Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leading-edge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise, our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration, commercial, industrial, and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney, who all support a multitude of business functions.
