The Production Supervisor will oversee the mold and bond area, primarily working with presses. The role involves supervising 25-40 employees, writing daily end-of-shift reports, and being hands-on to assist team members with tasks such as deflashing, inspecting, and operating machines. The Production Supervisor will also be the first line of maintenance, addressing machine issues before involving the maintenance team. Responsibilities include process improvement, 5S implementation, tracking production, reducing downtime and scrap, training and developing employees, and managing timecards and attendance tracking.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $63000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
