Can-Tech Services is looking for a Production Supervisor for itsmanufacturing client in the North York area. It is for a day shift opportunity. The company is one of the industry leaders within the Office Furniture manufacturing industry. This division specializes in the long term care facility sector.

Opportunity:

Responsibilities:

Drive continuous improvement initiatives following lean manufacturing principles Schedule production and ensure targets are met Maintain a safe working environment Performance appraisal of direct reports and provide training / counselling Assist in recruitment of production staff

Qualifications:

5 to 10 years experience of supervisory experience within a manufacturing environment College diploma in engineering or business admin an asset Mechanically inclined Good communication, leadership, time management, and decision making skills
