Leads and manages people through monitoring of issues on terms of attendance, behaviour, performance, and ensuring resources are available in order to support operation’s requirements. • Attends to line issues, coordinates and collaborates with team across functions; escalates issues when necessary and communicates updates to the team. • Conducts line audit to ensure compliance to standard operating procedure. • Prepares reports and other communication materials pertaining to performance achievements and identify areas for improvement. • Participates in projects to maintain competitiveness and ensures continuous improvement. • Drives performance through effective coaching, counselling, mentoring and training. • Responsible for the individual development of team members. • Coaches team members on their performance; writes and delivers performance appraisal on a regular basis. • Enforces discipline in compliance to company rules and regulations in order to promote Asurion core values and ensure that applicable rules and regulations are understood and implemented. • Motivates team members through rewards and recognition of achievements. • Performs other task that may be assigned from time to time
