As the Production Floor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the shop floor operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow. You will work closely with the production team, ensuring that all production targets are met, and quality standards are maintained. Reports to: Facility Manager Minimum Qualifications: + 2+ years of experience in electrical assembly + Minimum of 1 year of experience in a supervisory role in a production/manufacturing setting + Skilled use of various types of equipment in the shop + Proficient use of a tape measure + Ability to read various types of drawings Preferred Qualifications: + Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. + Demonstrated ability to meet production targets and deadlines. + Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications Working Conditions: This is a warehouse work environment which may include lifting, standing and possible extreme heat/cold conditions. You will work around electricity and other potential hazards requiring appropriate safety equipment and practices at all times.
