Production Supervisor Responsibilities: Manage training, safety protocols, equipment operation, and WHMIS processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards and efficient workflow. Supervise and mentor department staff, including material handlers and set-up operators, while coordinating off shifts and overtime as needed. Ensure supervision documents are accurately and promptly completed, overseeing production flow, quality, scheduling, and collaborating with planners. Conduct investigations into incidents, accidents, and first aid cases, following through on corrective actions and staffing recommendations. Facilitate effective communication with team members, managers, and external partners to maintain seamless 24-hour operations and meet business goals. Enforce company policies, addressing safety, quality, and performance concerns, while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and positivity.
