What You'll Do:

Maintains staff by orienting and training employees, developing personal growth opportunities. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing & enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Maintains safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations. Completes operations by developing schedules; assigning and monitoring work; gathering resources; implementing productivity standards; resolving operations problems; maintaining reference manuals; implementing new procedures. Controls expenses, participates in submitting cost savings ideas, budget information; monitors expenditures; monitoring variances; implementing corrective actions. Provides quality service by enforcing quality, customer service standards, participate in submitting quality improvements. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing procedures, specifications, MI’s, and Field manuals. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Accomplishes department objectives by organizing and monitoring the work process.  Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision Organizing workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks. Monitoring employee productivity and providing constructive feedback and coaching. Conduct annual reviews for staff performance. Develops and recommends improvements of facilities, equipment, or procedures to improve safety, through near miss reporting, quality, and efficiency. Tracking Budget Expenses, Supervision, Quality Management, Safety Management, Delegation, Performance Management, Organization, Foster Teamwork, Self-Development, Giving Feedback. Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role. Input data in KRONOS, TRACS, MS OFFICE and EXCEL and Development skills in additional Computer programs, preferred. Refers to bills of materials, damage assessments, blueprints, previous estimates, contracts, assembly drawings or hand drawn sketches to determine the basis for estimates. Coordinates and closely communicates with manufacturing, purchasing, engineering, sales, and customer service representatives.

Must be self-managed and have the ability to lead, inspire and motivate teams. Associate degree preferred. 3-5 years Supervision experience preferred
