**Production Supervisors in Nashville, TN** **Job Title:** Production Supervisor **Location:** Nashville, TN **Shift:** 2nd Shift **Pay:** $60,000 - $75,000 **Job Details:** + Responsible for 10-13 production associates at a time. + Must assure that production, quality, and breakdown information is clearly communicated to next shift supervisor and team leaders. + Will be responsible for tracking production and KPIs on a daily basis and reporting information. + Will be production scheduling and create day to day action plan based on demand, labor, and materials available. + Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement. **Job Qualifications:** + Experience in an OEM or Supplier automotive environment. + Experience managing a production line. + Experience in continuous improvement. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
