Production Supervisor

Weyerhaeuser's Greenville Lumber Facility, located in Grifton, NC, is currently searching for an experienced leader to fill the role of Production Supervisor.

The Production Supervisor is a key member of the Greenville leadership team and reports to the Production Superintendent. As Production Supervisor, you will manage safety, quality, productivity, cost, and continuous improvement in the Sawmill process. Additionally, you will lead the team by proactively resolving employee issues, building teamwork, and ensuring adherence to all applicable site policies and procedures fairly and consistently.

Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related fieldKnowledge and experience in lumber manufacturing preferredWork-related experience in production environmentHands-on experience working with optimizing systemsKnowledge of Maintenance Planning Software, such as Maximo or SAPWorkingknowledge of business and financial conceptsDemonstrated resultsin achieving and sustaining business goals

Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $66,700.00 - $100,000 based on your level of skills, qualifications, and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

Paid Time Off or Vacation:We provide eligible employees who are scheduled to work 25 hours or more per week with 3-weeks of paid vacation to use during your first year of employment. In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year, providing a total of 88 holiday hours
