What You'll Do
As a Production Supervisor, you will lead a team of production technicians, overseeing operations to ensure high-quality production. You’ll play a key role in promoting safety, maintaining standards, and optimizing processes. Key responsibilities include:
Supervising and coordinating the activities of production technicians, ensuring a safe and organized workspace.Training, coaching, and directing technicians while maintaining production standards and quality.Documenting safety incidents and maintaining accurate time and production records.Leading efforts in maintaining 5S principles and Lean Daily Management on the shop floor.Collaborating with management and HR to address and resolve performance issues.Reviewing production schedules, managing workloads, and driving process improvements.What You'll Need
Minimum of 5 years supervising in a manufacturing environment, preferably in metals or HVAC.High School Diploma or GED.Strong mechanical aptitude, with proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma preferred.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to integrity and organizational values.What You'll Gain
