Job Description:
About the Role:
The Production Supervisor role at the Wayland location provides support to the Operations team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Training and motivating employees to meet quality standards, production goals, and customer satisfactionAnalyzing and recommending measures to improving production methods, equipment performance, and the quality of productProblem solving and enforcing all company policies and proceduresBeing responsible for recognizing and reporting people safety, food safety, and/or quality issuesImportant Details: This is a full-time role on 1st shift, which operates from 8:00am through 4:00pm. Weekends off are on a rotating basis.
