Position Highlights:

Onsite, 1st Shift: Primarily 1st shift, with occasional need for 2nd shift coverage as business requires
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Development: Build a high-performance team by training, coaching, and motivating team members to meet production, quality, and continuous improvement goals.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Lead initiatives using Six Sigma and Lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency, reduce downtime, enhance product quality, and minimize waste.
Innovation in Production: Implement new product designs and engineering changes, contributing to our ongoing efforts to enhance manufacturing capabilities.
Safety & Compliance Focus: Foster a culture of safety, ensuring all operations meet environmental, health, and safety standards.
Union Collaboration: Maintain a positive working relationship with unionized employees, supporting teamwork and engagement.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
Experience: 1-3 years in manufacturing, with a background in leadership and unionized work environments
Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with Six Sigma and Lean practices
Key Competencies: Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills, with an ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Details: $39.53 per hour
