Production Supervisor
**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Ensure compliance with all safety rules and regulations. Oversee the safety of all assigned employees through training and enforcement of company safety guidelines. Maintain 5S, Housekeeping, and Workplace Organization standards. Develop, plan, and coordinate production employee activities to produce the highest quality product at the lowest possible cost. Manage product quality to meet or exceed internal and external customer specifications. Develop programs to continuously improve products, processes, and services to meet or exceed customer expectations. Ensure all production KPIs meet or exceed budgeted levels for safety, quality, throughput, downtime, and yield. Facilitate training for all supervised employees to successfully perform their job functions. Communicate effectively with employees at all levels to address and resolve matters of mutual concern. Support the cascade of briefing and communication requirements. Provide appropriate guidance, counseling, or recognition to employees on job performance. Direct and coordinate continuous improvement activities using data-driven problem-solving techniques. Optimize material flow and storage of all direct and indirect materials throughout the work cells.
