**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** The Production Supervisor - Intermediate is responsible for managing small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume, unionized manufacturing environment. This role requires ensuring the production plan is met, driving continuous improvement activities, and maintaining a safe workplace. The supervisor will analyze issues, coordinate World Class Manufacturing activities, and proactively address quality KPIs. Safety equipment such as safety glasses, sleeves, earplugs, and steel-toed shoes is required. Expect to stand or walk for long periods each day, frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 40 pounds, work in tight or closed-in spaces, and regularly climb ladders, man lifts, stairs, or crawl under vehicles if necessary. Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
