Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the production processes and ensuring their correct implementation
- Editing and implementing production plans in order to increase productivity
- working closely with quality control teams to maintain production standards
- managing the production team and improving their skills
- monitoring the effective use of resources and reducing waste
- Identification and Solving production problems in order to improve processes

Competencies:
- At least 4 years of relevant work experience in the field of production
- Degree in food industry engineering
- Ability to lead and manage a team
