**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** Applicants must be focused on detail and possess good communication skills. Individuals must be willing to work safely and have the ability to work and contribute to a continuous improvement, team environment. Applicants must have some sort of production management experience to be considered and experience with machine-based equipment, such as saws, punch press, or any type of machine operating experience. The ability to utilize hand and power tools, read basic shop drawings, measurements, etc is a plus. This is a 3rd shift supervisor role! Pay is based on experience - $60-65K **Responsibilities** + Supervise production activities to ensure efficient operation. + Utilize hand and power tools to perform tasks. + Operate and manage machine-based equipment, such as saws, punch press, and milling machines. + Read and interpret basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions, and decimals. + Work within a continuous improvement and team environment. + Ensure all safety protocols are followed. **Essential Skills** + Production management experience required + Flexibility to work 1st and 3rd shifts. + Positive attitude and great attendance. **Why Work Here?** Great benefits and the opportunity for raises. Orientation classes are held every other week. **Work Environment** Manufacturing environment that can be warm during the summer. Must wear jeans and a t-shirt. All safety equipment will be provided, including a hard hat, glasses, gloves, and arm sleeves. Safety is the number one priority. A team environment where candidates with questions or problems should go to the department lead or union rep. Must wear internal metatarsal steel toe boots, which need to be purchased before the first day of work. Flexible for 1st and 3rd shifts. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00 union benefits - medical, dental and vision benefits offered. Must pay union dues. the facility is tobacco free. Benefits start day 1 for full time employees.
