Your Role in Keeping the Future in Safe Hands…
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Production Supervisor to play a crucial role on our operations team. Reporting to the Director of Production and Manufacturing, your primary responsibilities will include leading a small team of production associates, ensuring proper builds are created to meet customer needs, and being a leader-coach, ensuring all needs are met with product assemblies.
What you will do…
Collaborate with the Director of Production and Manufacturing daily to ensure proper builds are being created to meet customer orders Complete RMA testing, evaluation, and completion of process Collaborate with Warehouse Supervisor to ensure all needs are met with product assemblies Prioritize builds and assignments for the production team Be a leader-coach to the production team answering questions and providing support related to build assemblies Lead the RMA process by collaborating with various departments, including leadership to resolve any issues Assist in repairs and maintenance of assembly and test equipment Develop, review, revise, and train associates on Standard Operating Procedures Be a hands-on coach and mentor to the team, assisting with builds when needed and providing direction where necessary Provide motivation, support, and guidance to the team Analyze root causes of production issues and develop corrective actions
What we expect of you…
Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills Proficient in both written and verbal communication Experience working with NetSuite or similar ERP system(s) Minimum 3 years of experience supervising manufacturing operations Experience in low voltage or PCB development preferred Detail-oriented and ability to multitask Proven ability to lead and inspire a small team to meet production objectives
