**Job Title: Production Supervisor** **Job Description** We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee multiple technicians. on the 1st shift. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, heating, and cooling systems units produced in-house, mainly focusing on hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical equipment. **Responsibilities** + Work off spec sheets and blueprints daily. + Prepare units before testing by filling with fluids, installing test instruments, and pre-setting controls. + Check the wiring of the unit and ensure the flow of fluids is in the proper place and functioning appropriately, then document. + Test units per spec sheet with proper testing equipment and record data. + Perform final run on units and get them ready for shipping along with all test-related items. + Maintain a daily time log of work done on manufacturing and/or production travelers. **Essential Skills** + Experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment working in a test capacity. + Diagnostic/troubleshooting experience with electrical systems, hydraulics, or pneumatics, preferably electrical units on industrial equipment. + Mechanical aptitude. + **HVAC OR Electrical experience is required** **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience as a helicopter maintenance chief or military supervisor is advantageous. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a stable work environment with a great balance.
