Job description :

It's also an eco-responsible company committed to 100% recycling of wood and metal scrap. It is currently seeking a Production Supervisor who will report to the newly promoted Internal Production Coordinator.

Main responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the work of production employees. Ensure occupational health and safety management, including regular inspections and incident prevention. Train and evaluate on-site personnel, including the organization of daily tasks according to production schedule priorities. Be involved in staff recruitment. Manage production efficiency and take corrective action where necessary. Support the team and be present 80% of the time on the floor. Achieve production objectives. Lead team meetings. Analyze production reports in terms of quantities of work produced, downtime, etc.

Skills and qualifications :

5 years' experience as a production supervisor in an industrial or manufacturing environment (wood preferred). Very good knowledge of health and safety laws and regulations. Bilingual French, English Apply
