Role Description:As a Supervisor, this position is responsible for the production of remanufacturing components and assemblies supporting Volvo Group Trucks in North America.
You have an Associate’s Degree and three (3) years’ technical experience in a manufacturing environment OR five (5) years minimum combined education and experience within a manufacturing environment. It is preferred that you also have a minimum of two (2) years’ supervisory/managerial experience in a manufacturing environment, experience working in a lean manufacturing environment with a focus on Autonomous maintenance and Workplace Organization. All documentation is in English, so you must have proficiency in the English language. A good understanding of the Volvo Group Business is also helpful.
