**Job Title:** Production Supervisor **Job Description:** We are seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to provide strong leadership and presence on the shop floor, ensuring successful production by managing employees, machines, and materials. The Team Leader oversees all production leads, while production employees report to the Team Leader for scheduling, time card management, and disciplinary discussions. **Responsibilities:** + Support leads in ensuring the availability of all tooling, machines, documents, and PPE. + Step in for leads during absenteeism or vacation as needed. + Collate data provided by leads for all KPIs (quality, production output, etc.). + Generate KPI reports for leads to review with their teams during shift meetings. + Escalate unresolved issues to the Production Manager. + Coach leads and work alongside them to identify and eliminate waste in processes. **Additional Skills & Qualifications:** + Production supervision + Process improvement + Training development **Pay:** $30.00 - $34.00 per hour **Why Work Here:** + Bonus opportunity after 6 months of active service. + Insurance benefits starting on the 1st of the month following full-time hire date. + $75.00 monthly perfect attendance bonus. + 401K with matching + $2.00 shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shift. + Company-paid uniforms. + Safety shoe and glass voucher after probationary period. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $32.00/hr.
