They are currently looking for a bilingual Production Supervisor, reporting to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities:
Promote health and safety at all times. Be responsible for the department's production objectives. Ensure the quality of employees' work. Ensure that optimization processes remain in place. Actively supervise production and discrepancies (communicate and address them to the team). Provide constructive feedback to employees. Constantly changing environment, so you have to be able to explain everything well. Motivate troops to achieve individual, collective and organizational objectives.Skills and qualifications :
