At our Cascades plant in Mississauga, ON you can develop your full potential, sustainably, by applying your expertise within the Containerboard Packaging division of our team as the Production Supervisor - Paper Mill:
 

Operational Excellence Oversight:

Meeting production and quality standards. Managing non-standard products, workforce planning, and compliance. Coordinating training, OHS audits, and continuous improvements.

Compliance and Safety Management:

Ensuring process compliance and overseeing safety audits. Addressing target shortfalls, coordinating action plans. Supporting problem-solving and system management.

Efficiency and System Oversight:

Coordinating follow-up meetings and continuous improvements in an unionized environment. Assisting in product sequencing and resolving system anomalies.
