1.    Responsible for HSCA, AMEC, EDS and Jumper production management;

3.    Responsible for all basis training and re-education (no include technical);
4.    Supporting which no reached target analysis items of PPM (Part Per Million) and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectives), and tracking;
5.    Lead Workshop and CIT include any type of cost reduction;
6.    Through management and Tools skill ensure PPM, external complaints reduce minimum;
7.    With advanced process establish assessment of Phase 4, and suggest how to solve;
8.    Reduce direct labor and improve PPH include any type of cost saving ;
9.    Ensure production process be effective and usually audit house.
