The Role - What’s the job?

As a Production Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

Developing and cultivating a team-oriented safety culture throughout the plant, with a focus on zero injuries, work-related health conditions, and spills. Managing and fostering a culture of unrelenting commitment to quality, ensuring compliance with all quality standards. Providing coaching and support regarding shift conflicts and disagreements related to quality and/or parts. Being accountable for all aspects related to production efficiencies, including first-pass yield, cycle time, and pack rates. Ensuring accurate reporting of production, scrap, and payroll hours. Leading, coaching, and managing a team of machine operators and material handlers, fostering a team-oriented mindset. Developing skill progression planning for employees on assigned shifts.
