This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead a team within a Production unit or line to execute production processes, transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely and cost-effective manner. Each day, you will ensure continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings, and quality and safety standards and policies. You will also showcase your expertise by organizing and allocating resources to meet line production targets effectively and efficiently.You will be mainly accountable for:· Organizes and allocates resources to effectively and efficiently meet line production targets.Responds to resource issues as necessary. Leads capacity planning and resource optimizationfor the assigned unit or line.· Ensures that production scheduling and production plan meets the volume requirementsagreed in the demand plan and defined inventory service levels.· Identifies and recommends technical equipment and facility improvements as necessary.· Ensures execution of volume, conforming product, and on-time delivery targets for theassigned production lines.· Manages the resolution of critical product or equipment issues together with relevant internalteams.

Qualifications for the role

Education Background: Bachelor in Electrical/Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer.Working Experience: Basic Theoretical with 5+ years of experiencePosition Knowledge/Skills:· Possess good communication and problem solving skills.· Communication/coordination skills cross function/departments in both Chinese and EnglishPersonality:· Strong Leadership capability. Ability to motive and develop people· Result-orientated and very responsible· Strong ability to solve conflicts.
