Job Title: Production Supervisor

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to review production schedules and work orders, determine material requirements and priorities, lead operators and material handlers, and ensure quality production. The ideal candidate will troubleshoot production reporting errors, maintain inventory levels, confer with scheduling personnel, manage OEE effectiveness, and perform data entry as needed.

ResponsibilitiesReview production schedules and work orders to determine material requirements and priorities.Lead operators and material handlers in the manufacturing process.Audit Bill of Materials (BOM) accuracy in the ERP System (IQMS) for quality production.Troubleshoot production reporting errors and variances.Maintain inventories of components or supplies necessary to meet production demands.Confer with scheduling or other personnel to assess progress and discuss changes to schedules if needed.Manage OEE effectiveness from Real Time Reporting to ensure machines are running optimally.Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems.Manage multiple projects simultaneously.Perform data entry as needed.Essential SkillsProduction experienceComputer skills, including Microsoft Office literacy.Bilingual (Spanish).Training or lead experience.Injection molding machine operation.Production planning and scheduling.Inventory control and production management.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in onboarding and team management.Quality check experience.Open to overtime and 7-day work weeks.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60320.00 - $72800.00/yr.

ESOP Company - will make dividends and be a company owner after 3 years. Tons of OT and would be a track/opportunity to work towards becoming a supervisor. Very little attrition and 2 yearly profit-sharing bonuses (1 in June and 1 in December). Sundays will also make 2x OT. Can make a lot of money long-term and short-term through OT.
