Production Supervisor

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the assembly team, ensuring timely and efficient production schedules, and maintaining adherence to safety and quality standards. You will oversee machine assembly, electrical wiring, troubleshoot technical issues, provide training and guidance to your team members. A strong focus on continuous improvement, resource management, and operational efficiency will be key to success in this role.** **7 direct reports, Hours of operation for the supervisor Production floor runs 4 – 10 hour days Mon - Thu with OT on Fri as needed. Warehouse and Demand Planner work M-F 8-5** **We offer a full benefits package to include Flexible Time Off (FTO) , health, dental, vision, investment savings plan, and additional miscellaneous benefits.** **Responsibilities:** **Safety and Compliance:** **Enforce safety protocols and procedures** **Conduct regular safety training for all production team members in partnership with EHS** **Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines** **Conduct safety inspections and address any safety concerns or hazards** **Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety records** **Daily Operations:** **Develop and manage the production schedule to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.** **Collaborate with engineering leaders on assembly capabilities as new projects a quoted and won.** **Partner with quality team to ensure equipment is built and tested to meet the required specifications.** **Ensure resource availability to allocate labor efficiently to meet production goals.** **Team Mentorship:** **• Empowerment: Mentor junior team members, fostering their growth and skill development.** **• Collaboration: Work closely with cross functional teams to align processes and achieve goals.** **High Impact Behaviors:** **• Leadership by Example: Supervisors should model the behavior they expect from their team. This includes setting clear goals, monitoring progress, and adapting strategies as necessary.** **Qualifications:** **5+ years working in a custom assembly or fabrication facility and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, preferably in water treatment or similar industrial equipment** **Ability to read technical drawings including P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams) and Electrical Schematics.** **Experience with ERP programs, such as SAP, to manage production planning, inventory and time tracking.** **Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills** **Job postings will include a wide salary range, with each role's pay falling within that range.
