About the role
Our Shipping and Receiving team, composed of 10 people, is integrated in the Production department and focuses on ensuring our shipments are delivered safely to customers following the Supply Chain team schedule. As a Production Supervisor, you will work on ensuring that loading and shipments to customers are carried out in strict compliance with applicable regulations to support adherence to international standards regarding safety in the transportation of hazardous materials. You will get the opportunity to contribute to maintain our customer satisfaction regarding safety and have a positive impact on company competitiveness.You will be accountable for: Define, plan, and supervise the execution of the shipping and receiving department's activities. Supervise that raw material unloading activities are carried out in compliance with the safety provisions established in procedures and work instructions. Ensure compliance with and updating of the procedures applicable to their area of responsibility. Comply with quality assurance and control processes, procedures, and methods to ensure that products meet quality standards and customer expectations, to verify ongoing compliance with the elements of the Association of American Railroads (AAR) Quality Assurance Manual. Comply with the training and development programs for mobile equipment, No destructive test and the various programs established by the company and existing certifications.
We offer a permanent (3 months probation) contract based on onsite working mode.
About you
Relevant education degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Equivalent in Experience. Relevant work experience in +2 years Shipping/Receiving areas, work with railcars, knowledge of quality management systems or as a plus experience in AAR management systems and the Chemistry industry.

About the pay and benefits
Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Mexico base pay reasonably expected for this role is 40,000 MXN to 42,000 MXN monthly, your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience.
