Production Supervisor Responsibilities: Oversee manufacturing workflows, prioritizing tasks and adjusting schedules as needed to align with workload and resources. Be present on the production floor, ensuring each team member has the tools, resources, and clear direction needed to meet daily goals. Motivate and empower team members, building a culture of accountability, respect, and collaboration. Ensure strict compliance with quality and safety standards. Maintain a deep understanding of all active orders, proactively managing workloads to ensure smooth operations and minimal downtime. Identify and address bottlenecks in processes, and work with leadership to implement improvement initiatives to boost productivity. Actively engage in minor tasks and process improvements to keep operations running smoothly during workflow lulls. Collaborate with leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or safety. Lead a diverse team of skilled technicians and assemblers, fostering inclusivity and mutual respect. The Successful Candidate Has: 5+ years of experience in production or manufacturing  Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment, workflows, and maintenance processes. Proven experience troubleshooting and resolving issues on the production floor. Exceptional team leadership skills, with a commitment to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Flexibility to adapt, prioritize, and make quick decisions to maintain workflow and meet targets. Experience ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations in manufacturing. Compensation and Benefits: The salary range is $70,000 – $80,000 depending on experience.  Comprehensive benefits plan.
