Weyerhaeuser is seeking a Production Supervisor - Planer Mill for our lumber manufacturing facility in Dodson, LA. The Dodson mill is a dimensional lumber mill located in North Central, Louisiana. Sawmilling in Dodson has a rich history where it was home to the largest sawmill in the United States in 1900. It is located close to Ruston, LA, North Central Louisiana has great communities, outdoor scenic attractions, thriving arts, recreation and shopping.

The Production Supervisor - Planer Mill is responsible for direct supervision of a team of hourly employees. This includes the safety, production, and quality goals of our Planer Mill. The Production Supervisor is committed to continuous improvement in safety, cost management, process improvement, plant scheduling, production flows, staffing and housekeeping. Compensation: This role is eligible for our annual merit-increase program, and we are targeting a salary range of $68,400 - $102,600 based on your level of skills, qualifications and experience. You will also be eligible for our Annual Incentive Program, which offers a cash bonus targeting 5% of base pay. Potential plan funding may range from zero to two times that target.

In addition, after being employed for six months, eligible employees begin to accrue vacation for future use. We also recognize eleven paid holidays per year
