Production SupervisorResponsibilitiesSolve problems by following data collection and root cause methodologies.Build and empower a teamPrioritize, schedule, and delegate work assignments and directly supervise the pressroom staff.Coordinate the production and planning jobs with Customer Service and Prepress staff.Analyze pressroom operations and recommend methods and processes to improve productivity and quality.Develop, manage, direct, and audit P.M. programs, including educating the pressroom on process control.Schedule, coordinate, and hold scheduled pressroom meetings.Train and develop employees in the processes and methods required to achieve the company's standards for quality and safety.Develop and execute a calibration system that monitors densitometers, gauges, dials, and other indicators to ensure equipment functions.Work Environment

Pressroom environment that emphasizes cross-departmental collaboration, regular audits, and meetings.

This is a Permanent position based near Hartland, Wisconsin.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $75000.00/yr.
