As a Production Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance of our designated groups. Your responsibilities will include setting targets, implementing plans, and tracking results to drive continuous improvement. You'll also lead your team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate workshops to enhance quality improvement methods.

 

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating production activities and execution of production plans, ensuring zero-defect culture, timeliness, efficiency and continuous improvement.Continuous team development and enhancing their competencies, driving them for bottom-up initiatives.Optimizing machine utilization and minimizing downtime.Ensuring high product quality by controlling production processes and parameters.Introducing and stimulating innovation to improve organization, efficiency, and workplace safety.Ensuring that work is performed in accordance with the adopted quality management system based on ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001Your profile and competencies to succeed

Key requirements:

Industrial Engineer or similar.Intermediate EnglishExperience in production coordination and team management in a manufacturing environment (automotive would be an advantage, but not required)Excellent attention to quality, with the ability to analyze production processes and parameters to ensure high-quality products.Strong Experience in MIG & MAG Welding process.Familiarity with methods and tools for optimizing production processes such as KANBAN, FIFO, SMED, OEE, TPM.
