This position reports to

Production Manager

Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the production engineer, the Documentation & Method Agent supports production activities by executing and coordinating all necessary preparation tasks before and during production.•\tReceive and organize production documentation.•\tPrepare and organize cutting lists and activities in planning software.•\tPrint and organize labels and manufacturing instructions.•\tPrepare and print barcodes for project tracking.•\tMaintain barcode lists in SAP and IPM.•\tResponsible for laser engraving and equipment maintenance.•\tMonitor and maintain consumable levels and restock stationery.•\tParticipate in continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications for the role

Highly organized and priority-oriented (essential).Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (essential).Bilingual French/English (essential).Knowledge of MS Project (an asset).Knowledge or experience in the automation and power electronics industry (an asset).
