Responsibilities: * Supporting all corporate buildings on a 24/x basis; Will have an on-call schedule as well * Supporting all internal systems including * Support all internal systems- be the first tier of support, however if they cannot handle the task, manage the escalation and responses * Documentation of the various processes * Route Cause Analysis: if something has broken 4 times in the past 6 weeks, what is the bigger issue at hand and how can we fix that?
