We’re looking for a Production Support Analyst to join our ever evolving our OAT (Operational Acceptance Team) team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About the team

Operational Acceptance Testing (OAT) evaluates the operational readiness of the releases, patches, hot fixes, infrastructure and any changes across the ARTs which span the NAP platform.

The testing covers the following areas depending on the item being tested

Installation, Deployment and Backout, covering the SoEStandard operation covering the item being tested and focusing on the Control-M scheduleMonitoring, Alerting and AdministrationResilienceSecurity - working with the various Security teamsBackup, Recovery and ArchivingOperational ProceduresNetworkingFinal Integration & Ad Hoc testingRegression and Defect Retest

What you will own

Hands-on experience on Control-M/SchedulingWell-versed with Monitoring, Alerting, Logging, Housekeeping, Batch Processing & Oracle DBExtensively worked on Failover, Disaster Recovery TestingExposure to E2E System Integration TestingInvolved in Production SupportKnowledge of SQL, Linux, JavaExperience with Agile way of working (SAFe practices, Rally etc)

Where you'll own it

You will own it in our Vibrant Office Locations as Bangalore/Pune/Indore hub.
