Job DescriptionAs our Production Support Coordinator, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our world-class events to life. Here's how you'll make an impact:
Pre-Event Magic (40%)
Set up engaging agendas on our CORE websitesCollaborate with production and marketing teams to ensure website perfectionManage our all-important Master Data Sheet (MDS)Coordinate with AV teams for seamless event executionDuring the Event Excitement (30%)
Keep websites up-to-date with real-time changesManage slide updates for larger eventsTravel to events and assist with on-site tasksMonitor digital programs and provide trainingSpeaker Whisperer (20%)
Develop and maintain our speaker databaseCoordinate speaker tech tests and manage their presentationsCreate welcoming intro emails for speakersReview slides for quality and compliancePost-Event Wrap-up (10%)
