Attention to detail and strong communication skills are required. Previous experience within a manufacturing environment is desired or have a background working with machinery.
Must be able to walk continuously for hours, capable of lifting 25 pounds, certification in mobile equipment, ability to converse with others in a supplier/customer relationship. Training in oil storage and handling.
High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution preferred but not required

Position supports the production of highly engineered aerospace fasteners as formed from exotic alloy wire on precision high-speed heading equipment. The purpose of this position is to support the following:
Increased (factor of 6 times) cycle counting requirements flowed down by Corporate in 2024
Weigh count of completed components to support adjusting yield factors at a component level- part of a critical strategy to mitigate material inflation
Support pre-assembly component match to enable assemblers to stay focused on testing and assembly
