Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is seeking a Production Team Lead who is responsible for overseeing a team of employees, ensuring that team goals are met while fostering a positive and productive work environment. This role includes coordinating daily activities, providing support and guidance, and facilitating communication between team members and management. 

Your Shift:

2nd Shift; Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm

Your Responsibilities: 

 Practice the Taylor Core ValuesInform the Supervisor of jobs in jeopardy of missing a due dateGuide and motivate team members to achieve their objectives and maintain high performanceServe as the main point of contact between team members and upper management, facilitating clear and effective communicationMonitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to enhance skills and productivityOversee team projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheldIdentify training needs and support the professional growth of team membersAddress any issues or conflicts within the team, providing solutions and support as neededPrepare and present team performance reports to managementAddress daily employee questions and give guidancePreform assigned operational duties to the standards
 

You Must Have: 

Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPrevious experience in a manufacturing environmentExcellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively, adapt to changing situations, and inspire othersKnowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in manufacturing

Requirements Within This position:  

Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understandRegularly required to remain in a stationary positionConstantly operates machinery and handles products including print materialsFrequently required to move inside the facilityRegularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry)

We Would Also Prefer:

An associate's degree or its equivalent and experience in the field or in a related area

The anticipated hourly range for this position is $25.00 - 32.00. The actual base offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job. The range listed is just one component of Taylor Corporation’s total compensation and benefits package for employees.
