Your Opportunity: Venture Solutions is seeking a 2nd Shift Team Lead to work in our West Sacramento, CA location.

Your Shift:

Monday – Friday, 1:30pm - 9:30pm

Your Responsibilities:

Provide guidance and direction the production floor personnelCoordinate daily production floor activities and delegate assignments to production personnelHandle scheduling, oversee floor operations, monitor performance, verifying product quality, track metricsLead, train, and coach employees to ensure requirements are metCommunicate during meetings, updates, shift changes, issues with supervisorsWork with production employees, peers, supervisors, managersContinuously evaluate and modify the workflow for increased throughput and productivitySenior operator with extensive knowledge about equipment to assist operators on the floor, or run a machine if necessaryEnsure that all goals and deadlines are metComplete all paperwork necessary to follow along with the jobLearn about equipment and basic troubleshooting/maintenanceFollow quality and training expectations as stated under ISO 9001 CertificationMaintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures, complying with legal regulations

 You Must Have:

Basic measuring skills- able to read a ruler and other measurement devicesBasic problem-solving skillsAbility to read, write, and communicate clearly to ensure accuracy and understanding of job ticketAbility to occasionally lift up to 70 lbs and to stand for an entire shift (excluding breaks)Ability to work extended hours and weekends based on production scheduleTeam player and self-motivatedHighly detailed oriented- quality focus drivenCan handle complex issues and know how to resolve them (problem solver)

We Would Also Prefer:

1+ year of digital print experiencePrevious experience as a team lead in a production environmentBasic computer skills (open, close, print a file)

The anticipated hourly salary range for this position is $25-$26 per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include as applicable, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
