Dealing with daily obstacles. Must be able to motivate employees and ensure compliance with the organization's objectives, regulations, and proceduresSorting, processing and storage of various metalsCoordinating, organize and supervise their team in order to carry out the various day-to-day activities of operations and to ensure that the schedule is followedMaintain accurate records of production metrics and inventory and inputting data into site software such as Microsoft Suite and additional programsMonitoring facility cleanliness and orderlinessQualificationsTo join our team:
3+ years of experience in the recycling or manufacturing industryProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn additional programsShipping and receiving experience is an assetYou have strong communication skills, can take initiative and lead a teamMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs
