The main objective of the Production Team Leader is to manage efficient and stable production processes while ensuring quality and safety in operations. This includes overseeing process engineering, managing team personnel, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement to enhance productivity and operational excellence.

 

Your Role

Lead and execute process engineering initiatives, focusing on new process development and process improvement projects to enhance production efficiency.Utilize SAP expertise for PL2P and other relevant streams/modules to streamline production processes.Implement and uphold Process Safety Management (PSM) standards to ensure a safe working environment.Manage and develop production teams effectively, ensuring that staff performance aligns with KPIs and operational goals.Drive operational excellence through leadership of Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) in production settings.Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with various stakeholders on a global scale, with a preference for English fluency.Monitor and manage production KPIs, utilizing data-driven approaches to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Conduct statistical analysis and leverage data literacy to inform decision-making and enhance production processes.

 

Who You Are

Bachelor’s degree or higher.Over 5 years of production experience in the semiconductor, display, or chemical industries as a production team leader.Over 3 years of process engineering experience is preferred.Strong skills in production team management, specifically in managing production staff to achieve KPIs.Proficiency in SAP for PL2P and other streams/modules.Solid understanding and experience in Process Safety Management (PSM).Demonstrated experience in leading operational excellence and Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP) within production environments.Ability to manage various stakeholders and communicate effectively on a global scale (English fluency preferred).Competence in production KPI management.Strong skills in statistical analysis, data literacy, and data analysis capabilities.Experience as a Control Supervisor (관리감독자).Familiarity with automation, smart manufacturing, and digital twin technologies.Understanding of IT/OT, with adaptability and project experience is preferred.Project management experience, with L&SS Green Belt or above certification, is preferred.Experience in managing CAPEX projects is preferred.
