**Job Overview:** Provide administrative technical assistance to the senior and production engineers through the execution of projects. **Key Tasks and Responsibilities:** • Perform Allocation Materials under Production Engineer Supervision (Fabrication/Construction) • Integrate Work Packs/ keep them updated when needed (Drawings/ Materials) • Issue the Work Pack to Document Control • Issue Work Pack Schedule by discipline and provide tracking under Production Engineer Supervision • Keep updated Register reports of the production Engineers • Issue Productivity Factor • Daily Walkthrough to validate progress • Issue internal daily report • Provide statistics by discipline • PO status (SPMAT/Oracle) • Provide Mentoring/Coaching to the new hire personnel **Essential Qualifications and Education:** • Associate degree • 2 years of relevant experience • Technically proficient with Microsoft applications and filling skills \#LI-RM1 Our ingenuity fuels daily life.
