**Job Title: Production Technician**
**Job Description**
You will be responsible for the manufacturing, assembly, and/or packaging of BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment. As a Production Technician, you will carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings as they relate to assembly, materials handling, equipment operation, and finished goods packaging. This position requires adherence to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and working in a fast-paced team environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manufacture, assemble, and/or package BioProcess Containers in a clean room environment.
+ Follow Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instruction Documents, and blueprints or drawings.
+ Handle materials and operate equipment in accordance with procedures.
+ Package finished goods as per guidelines.
+ Adhere to cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices).
+ Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
**Essential Skills**
+ Production experience (preferred but not required)
+ High School Diploma or equivalent
+ Computer knowledge and ability to log into a system for training modules
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
+ Good verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to follow complex procedures
+ Adherence to Good Manufacturing Principles
+ Ability to work in a team environment
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience as a production worker, assembly worker, warehouse worker, or order picker
+ Physical ability to work in a fast-paced controlled clean room environment for up to 10 hours a day with additional overtime as required
+ Capability to work in conditions with greater than 30% humidity and temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees
+ Compliance with specific gowning requirements, including gloves, hair & beard net, face cover, safety glasses, with no makeup or jewelry
+ Ability to perform tasks involving forceful gripping/grasping and repetitive motion, including pushing and pulling
+ Understanding and use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and chemical hygiene, including labels and Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
+ Ability to stand, move, reach, bend, stoop, and grasp throughout the shift
+ Proficiency in using hand tools and equipment
+ Capacity to occasionally lift and manipulate up to 40 pounds unassisted

**Work Environment**
Work in a controlled clean room environment with specific gowning requirements. The clean room is maintained at greater than 30% humidity and temperatures between 60 and 70 degrees, with some ambient noise. You will need to follow strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols, including the use of PPE and understanding of chemical hygiene. The role involves standing, moving, and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $21.28/hr.
