Job Summary

This role will be responsible for Production Technician in LIQ/E&E. Need three shifts running.该职位负责液体及乳化，萃取的包装工作，需要三班倒轮班工作。

1.Finished goods / sample filtration, filling and packing成品/样品过滤包装

Preparation 准备工作Overview the filling instruction sheet阅读包装指导书Order packing materials from warehouse从仓库领取包装材料Print label打印标签Check equipment cleanness查设备的清洁情况Install filter and connect pipeline安装过滤器并连接管道Check scale检查电子称Inspect drum inside有检查包装桶内部Filling and packing过滤包装Operate forklift, pump and scale操作升降机，泵，电子称Operate filter操作过滤器Take packing sample for QC sensory check抽取感官用包装样板Goods receive成品收货Fill in packing record填写包装记录Record leftover and yield loss%记录成品尾数和损耗百分比SAP transaction COR6用SAP指令COR6，做成品收货

2.Equipment cleaning设备清洁

Clean up equipment after used使用后清洁设备Place, record and label the cleaned equipment把清洁后的设备放好，做好记录，挂上状态标签

3. Continue Improvement持续改进

5S project    5S项目Follow the requirement of GMP, HACCP and quality control, strictly with correct record in the daily operation遵循GMP，HACCP以及质量控制的要求，严格地正确的记录日常操作

4.EHS compliance环境、安全、健康

Generate MSDS data sheet for label printing查找物料安全数据表内容用以打印标签Report shop floor’s safety车间的安全报告Wear proper PPE佩戴合适的个人保护装置Report safety issue near miss without delay及时汇报未遂事件和安全事故

5.Other其他

Execute & complete tasks assigned by direct supervisor or manager. 执行及完成上级经理及主管指派的任务
