What We Offer $18 per hour 1st shift, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Health benefits, including telehealth medical services 401k Referral program What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED 1 – 3+ years of experience in an industrial manufacturing environment, focusing on building coatings systems 1 – 2+ years of hands-on experience in paint, plaster, stucco, and/or drywall application Forklift operation experience Strong knowledge and proficiency in data software: MS365 and SAP Excellent interpersonal skills and team building experience Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing Excellent math and organizational skills Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, and crouch for the duration of the shift Ability to lift 50+ pounds What You’ll Do as a Production Technician Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Apply specialty products using established finishing techniques Tint products and color control Ensure finished products match established standards Manage inventory of raw materials and finished products Cross train team members Oversee packaging and shipping and receiving for the process Clean and perform daily housekeeping responsibilities Ensure mixing equipment is running smoothly, within tolerance Perform line changeovers and simple-to-moderate equipment adjustments and troubleshooting Know, understand, and adhere to all occupational health and safety policies and procedures Perform other tasks as assigned
