Production Technician

We are seeking Assembly Technicians to become a part of our team building the finest boats in the industry that are known around the world. You will be responsible for installation and testing of various components on our boats. These positions are available in various areas of production.
Responsibilities may include the following depending on the position:
+ Install and test components for marine applications (riggers)
+ Operate power tools, such as screw guns, drills, caulk guns, and grinders
+ Collaborate with engineers and managers to solve problems
+ Ensure all components adhere to standards
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in manufacturing or assembly preferred but not required
+ Electrical AC/DC knowledge may be required for certain positions
+ Familiarity with power tools
+ Good communication skills
+ Ability to follow assembly diagrams
+ Ability to climb ladders and move around inside and outside of boats
+ Deadline and detail-oriented
+ Work well with a team and individually
+ Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.
Physical Requirements: Including, but not limited to:
+ climbing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, lifting up to 80 lbs. stretching, squatting and bending.
+ May work on knees, seated, laying down, standing up.
+ May require individual to be in awkward positions.
Environmental Conditions:
+ Exposed to heat, cold, dust, fumes, and some outside weather conditions.
+ May be exposed to acetone, resin, fiberglass, putties, glues, cleaners.
