Your daily responsibilities will include: + Operating and maintaining advanced Grade A isolators while adhering to radiation safety guidelines. + Mastering and applying Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), including aseptic techniques and gowning. + Performing environmental monitoring and sterilization of isolators. + Preparing materials and executing batch records with precision—ensuring no recurrent deviations. + Staying committed to safety, attendance, and GMP/GDP principles while meeting key performance goals. + Participating in periodic overtime to support team efforts. **What You’ll Need:** + An Associate degree in a STEM field or 1+ year of experience in a cGMP/aseptic environment. + Solid knowledge of GMP and FDA regulations. + Exceptional communication, organizational, and time-management skills. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
