Adecco is seeking a dedicated **Production Technician** to join our client’s team in Essex Junction, VT. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of their production processes. **Available Shift:** Friday through Sunday, every other Thursday; 5:55 AM - 6:10 AM **Top reasons to work with Adecco:** + Competitive weekly pay: $22.93 per hour + Upskilling opportunities through the Adecco Aspire Academy + Dedicated onboarding specialist to guide from offer to your first day. **Qualifications:** + Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Familiarity with manufacturing processes and equipment (preferred) + Proficiency in computer systems and software applications + Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends **Key Responsibilities:** + **Production Operations:** Monitoring and operating manufacturing equipment to maintain optimal performance and quality standards. + **Safety and Quality:** Adhering to strict safety protocols and quality standards, including SQF, GMP, and HACCP. + **Continuous Improvement:** Actively participating in learning and development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to process improvements. + **Documentation and Verification:** Accurately completing documentation and verification tasks in various systems (COLOS, PeopleSoft, SAP, MES, Trackwise, and paper records). + **Issue Resolution:** Identifying and escalating line issues, initiating root cause analysis, and supporting maintenance activities. **Pay Details:** $22.93 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
